Job description:

As a SkillBridge intern through 7 Eagle Academy, you’ll embark on a remote, full-time, and fully immersive internship experience tailored to your career goals, background, and skill set. Internships typically last between 30 and 180 days and are hosted by military-friendly companies looking to hire top talent from the Veteran community. Your daily responsibilities will vary depending on the role and company, but may include assisting with team projects, analyzing data, supporting business operations, engaging in customer outreach, shadowing senior leaders, or contributing to key strategic initiatives. Many host companies also offer access to online training platforms where you can earn industry-recognized certifications during your internship. Throughout the program, you’ll receive ongoing guidance from both your host company and 7 Eagle’s Veteran Success Team, with daily check-ins, milestone reviews, and feedback designed to accelerate your professional growth. You’ll also participate in weekly live sessions where you’ll network directly with recruiters and hiring managers from nationally recognized companies. This experience not only gives you a real-world preview of civilian employment—it also dramatically increases your marketability and confidence heading into the job market.
