Job description:
A JROTC Instructor is responsible for teaching and mentoring students in leadership, citizenship, and personal development through a structured, military-based curriculum. The instructor fosters discipline, teamwork, and ethical decision-making while promoting academic success and community involvement.Key Responsibilities:• Deliver classroom instruction in leadership education, civics, history, and life skills • Mentor and counsel students to support personal growth, accountability, and character development • Plan and supervise extracurricular activities such as drills, ceremonies, competitions, and community service events • Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, structured learning environment • Organize and oversee physical fitness training and promote healthy lifestyles • Manage program logistics, including inventory, uniforms, equipment, and administrative reporting • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and community partners to support student success
Commute and meals are not covered.
Eligibility factors:
All Services
Staff Sergeant or higher with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
