Job description:
What you will do throughout the training program: Once accepted/approved, the training program will commence by introducing participants to the core values and culture of RS&H. The training you will be able to:Understand construction plansUnderstand contractor payment procedures and processesHave an awareness of materials needsUnderstand contract documentsDevelop appropriate inspection plans Essential functions once hired as a full-time employee (FTE)Maintain detailed records of the contractor’s daily operations, including manpower, equipment, construction methods, and events that affect the workMonitor work zone traffic control plan and identify discrepancies and potential issuesMonitor the erosion control plan and identify discrepancies and potential issuesPerform sampling and testing of component materials and completed workVerify the dimensions of prepared and completed workInspect the construction work and conduct field testsTrack/measure completed work quantities for paymentPerform survey checksCompletes all other tasks as assigned
