Training includes market research, customer relationship management (CRM), government and commercial sales processes, proposal development, product presentations, account management, trade show participation, business communications, and strategic planning. The focus is on developing transferable civilian workforce skills and providing meaningful exposure to careers within the commercial marketplace.
