Job description:
 Responsible for installing, administering and maintaining operation system and hardware on all servers throughout the enterprise. Creates, schedules and verifies that all data and servers throughout the enterprise are being back-up appropriately and regularly. Creates, maintains, modifies and audits user profiles and group policies in accordance to SWHCS security policies. Manages accounts for Active Directory and works with remote users to support UHS Corporate systems. Responsible for backup tape rotations at the facilities. Maintains sufficient materials on hand to meet backup requirements. Evaluates and assists with server hardware and application specifications for system implementation and upgrades. Schedules, implements and verifies system patches and upgrades. Ability to document processes, systems, and procedures, creates and tests disaster recovery scripts. Provides Level II/III Help Desk support and assists other IS team members as needed. Works expeditiously with customers, vendors and corporate support personnel to resolve problems. Provides technical and analytical support to the System Architect to develop strategy, plans and direction for all networks. Serves as technical resource to IS team members to deliver excellent customer service in solving all system problems expeditiously. Able to execute technically detailed directions with a high degree of accuracy. Familiar with converged network and equipment used. Participates in cross-team projects as needed. On a rotation basis, provides 24-hour On-Call and/or onsite support. Reports to, and performs other duties as requested by the Technical Services Manager
