They're looking for skilled Field Service Technicians to service and repair critical equipment at their client's facilities across the region.     ABOUT THIS ROLE

    This position comes with a comprehensive training plan designed to set you up for success. You'll receive initial and ongoing training to master company-specific tools, systems, and processes. This includes product knowledge, sales techniques (for sales roles), software platforms, and internal procedures. Additionally, you'll have access to training resources to enhance your skills in areas like customer service, communication, and industry best practices, ensuring you have the knowledge and support needed to excel in this role.

    Service Field Technician Pay: $35 per hour

    1. Location: Chicago, Illinois

    2. Job Type: Full-time, on-site (meaning you'll be working at the company's location, not remotely)

    3. Company: A young and growing company that specializes in servicing material handling equipment (think things that move products in warehouses and factories).

    4. What you'll do:

      • Install, fix, and maintain various types of equipment like conveyors, stackers, doors, etc.

      • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.

      • Read and understand technical drawings.

      • Keep detailed records of your work.

      • Go to training sessions.

      • Help out in the office when you're not traveling.

      • Stay up-to-date on industry trends.

      • Find opportunities to get new work from current customers.

    5. What you'll need:

      • Strong mechanical and electrical skills.

      • Excellent customer service skills.

      • Ability to work independently and solve problems.
