Essential Job Duties: Maintaining and monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expendituresOrganizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetingsPreparing necessary presentation materials for meetingsEnsuring project deadlines are metUndertaking project tasks as requiredEnsuring projects adhere to frameworks and documentation standardsAssessing project risks and issues and providing solutionsChairing and facilitating meetings and distributing minutesManaging server deployment projects for customersCoordinating internal and external resources (technical and non-technical)Collaborating with customers on project planning and executionCommunicating change management and project prioritiesDeveloping processes for server migrations and service implementationsManaging client relationships and expectations during implementationsWorking with Technical Account Managers, Sales Engineers, and Project EngineersDocumenting project progress (meeting minutes, updates, status reports)Documenting functional and technical specificationsReviewing Statements of Work for projects and change requestsContributing to improvements in project management practicesCoordinating training and mentorship across teamsUsing corporate Project Management tools for lifecycle trackingQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or Computer Science5 years of experience at a Managed Service Provider (MSP)5 years of project and/or scheduling coordinationProven use of both soft and hard skills to deliver results
