Automotive Service Center/Lot ManagerSkill Bridge Program:The program is scheduled for 17 weeks of on-the -job training, formal education, and state certification. The training is broken into 9 distinct training modules. After each module, knowledge and performance will be evaluated and comprehensive feedback will be provided to the intern. Utilizing this plan will allow Masters Auto Group to prepare candidates for the duties and responsibilities for the position of Service Center and Lot Manager.General Manager – Auto Sales & ServiceLeads day-to-day operations of an independent auto dealership and service center. Oversees sales and service teams, manages inventory, ensures exceptional customer experience, and drives financial performance. Requires strong leadership, automotive knowledge, and business acumen.
