Innovation Product Manager role! Let’s get after it! The Innovation Product Manager (IPM) position is responsible for identifying and prioritizing customer needs translating the need into customer requirements to support research and product development activities. The IPM needs to be a self-starter and big picture thinker who understands how all the pieces fit together on a broad domain scale yet also understands the technical details needed to make it happen. Collaboration and communication skills are a must. A successful candidate will know how to apply their deep domain knowledge to craft a vision and strategy for product development. Upon completing this program the candidate will be highly marketable within several industry fields including technology, Aerospace & Defense among others. The candidate will learn and understand how to take challenges and ideas and turn them into a reality.
