CAT® CAREERS Thompson Machinery’s innovative employee family has grown to over 775 members and provides CAT products and support to customers across Central/Western Tennessee and Central/Northern Mississippi. Although we continue to build traditional sales, and parts and repair services, we are also committed to growing new markets such as equipment rental services, and state-of-the-art satellite guidance & control technologies. With corporate headquarters in LaVergne (Nashville) and regional headquarters in Memphis, our staff maintains an extensive parts inventory, comprehensive sales territories, and a full-line of dealership and customer assistance. These two primary facilities partner with full-service branches in Columbus, Greenwood, and Tupelo Mississippi, as well as Camden, Jackson, Clarksville, Manchester, and Cookeville Tennessee. Working with Thompson will expose you to a wide variety of the latest in CAT equipment as well as software and diagnostics. You’ll get hands-on experience with proper rental, sales, maintenance and repair work, with a great team to back you up on every job. Many employees who start out filling our CAT technician jobs have gone on to do great things within our company and on their own adventures.
