Job description:

Once complete with the HVAC Installer Apprentice training SkillBridge members will be prepared for a role as a commercial HVAC installation technician. Commercial HVAC Installers are in very high demand throughout the country. In this program SkillBridge members work alongside Lead Installers and Installers on commercial construction, tenant improvement, renovation, and retrofit projects throughout Central, Northeast, and Southeast Ohio. This is an entry-level, learn-as-you-go role structured around MOAC’s four-year apprenticeship program. Apprentices develop foundational skills in HVAC equipment installation, ductwork, piping, and job site safety through hands-on field experience and formal training.
