Continue Your Leadership Legacy — Mentor the Next Generation of Officers (Up to 6 Positions)The U.S. Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA), in partnership with the U.S. Department of Transportation, invites Commissioned Officers and senior Non-Commissioned Officers (E-7 and above strongly encouraged) to apply for an elite SkillBridge opportunity embedded within the Academy’s Regimental Life program.This is not an internship. This is a leadership extension mission.USMMA is seeking up to six (6) transitioning service members to serve as Regimental Support Leaders, each assigned to one of the Academy’s six midshipmen companies (approximately 150 midshipmen per company).
