General Mills Manufacturing Technician Program
General Mills is one of the Premier, Values-Driven Food Manufacturing Companies in the world. At General Mills, we strive for Excellence by living our values of Winning Together, Continuously Innovating, Championing Belonging, and Doing the Right Thing All the Time. General Mills also recognizes that Veterans have a natural aptitude to strive towards excellence through a shared set of values. Veterans have a proud history of choosing General Mills to be the community they call home after serving their Country. The unique skills that veterans bring to General Mills have gained success company-wide from operating our manufacturing equipment, spearheading a marketing campaign, and rising ‘through the ranks’ to become a Plant Manager. After your selfless service to our country, we hope the General Mill’s Skillbridge Opportunity will enable you to continue belonging to a community that Strives for Excellence and Wins Together.
