Mechanic Training Internship (Fulltime employment opportunity available after Internship)
We have designed an internship that will cover all minimum training in 60-90 days. The first 60-90 days will teach the intern, high-level, everything they need to know about the preventative maintenance mechanic job. After 90 days the intern will begin using the learned skills to complete their own work with supervision. As the internship program progresses the intern will have opportunities to observe and work on more difficult maintenance repairs. An Intern must be able and willing to work as an individual contributor who is also a part of a team working toward a team goal. An Intern must take safety seriously, be adaptable to the needs of the fleet, and be a dependable part of the maintenance team.
