Job description:
Key Responsibilities:" Conduct in-depth analysis to maximize the use of manufacturing resources, including equipment and facilities." Recommend and implement process and product improvements, ensuring the effectiveness of production changes on budget and labor standards." Present detailed performance analyses to management, facilitating informed decision-making on resource allocation." Lead the integration and management of new manufacturing processes and products to meet efficiency targets." Collaborate across departments to ensure resource availability and represent manufacturing interests in cross-functional teams." Develop, manage, and optimize production schedules and capacity plans for maximum efficiency.Qualifications:" BA/BS with 5-8 years of relevant experience or Master's with 3-6 years in manufacturing and production." 3+ years in an analyst role, with a strong preference for experience in the aerospace industry." Proficiency in MRP systems, SAP, and Microsoft Project." Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables." Demonstrated experience in Production Control, creating and maintaining metrics, and establishing plans." Excellent communication, capable of presenting complex data clearly." Multitasking ability in a dynamic environment." Active Security Clearance required.Preferred Experience:" Aerospace industry background." SAP and Microsoft Project proficiency." Experience in production planning and control, with a focus on metric creation and maintenance.This position is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and security of our aerospace manufacturing processes.
