We are seeking an Assistant Asset Manager to support the Asset Manager by owning the data, analysis, reporting, and coordination functions of asset management. This role does not make final asset-level decisions. Instead, the Assistant Asset Manager is responsible for: Gathering and organizing operational and financial data Analyzing asset performance Identifying trends and risks Comparing performance to business plans and benchmarks Preparing clear reports and recommended courses of action The purpose of this role is to ensure the Asset Manager has accurate, timely, and actionable information to make strategic decisions.
