During the initial internship period, you'll learn how to run a Casey's store (prepared food & dispensed beverage merchandising, people leadership, P&L, asset protection, grocery & general merchandising, vendor relationships, etc.). Following the initial 90 day period, you'll run your own store for a designated period of time and then have the opportunity to move into a District Manager role, where you'll oversee 10-12 stores.
