The objective of our program, in partnership with Mithril Defense, is to ensure participants are equipped with the skills and knowledge to architect full-scale exercises, incorporating digital twins, RTSP sensor integration, drone staging, and communication protocols, lead dynamic drills staged in school environments—covering drone launch, navigation, threat engagement, and coordination with first responders, orchestrate seamless collaboration between Ops, Tactical staff, drone pilots, educators, and law enforcement partners, oversee debriefings, capture performance metrics, document lessons learned, and drive protocol improvements, ensure drills adhere to NDAA requirements and Campus Guardian Angel’s 'Defense in Depth' architecture, collaborate with schools and districts to meet preparedness benchmarks and help train faculty and officers, and deliver comprehensive post-exercise reports with actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders.
Job description:
As Exercise Cell Director for Mithril Defense's Campus Guardian Angel program, you’ll be responsible for designing, coordinating, and managing simulated active shooter exercises and drills that include all drone operations, law enforcement agencies, and stakeholders, that replicate real-world conditions on campuses. Your mission? To validate and enhance deployment readiness, ensure seamless cross-functional performance, and refine protocols under high-pressure situations.
