Shift Maintenance Supervisor
The objective of our program is to prepare the intern to perform Construction Superintendent responsibilities with proficiency in construction scheduling and activity prioritization; subcontractor coordination; drawing, RFI, and red-line plan management;identification of conflicts and long-lead items; daily reporting and progress meetings; OSHA 30 and QA/QC practices; inspection planning and jurisdictional compliance; site protection, cleanliness, and safety; and professional communication with clients, subcontractors, owners, architects, inspectors, and project team members.
