The Occupational Health Nurse (OHN) for the New England District supports the development and management of the District’s Occupational Health Program, ensuring compliance with OSHA, DOD, USACE, and standard medical practices. Acts as a consultant and subject matter expert for safety and health personnel and manages employee medical records with strict confidentiality. Provides basic direct care, limited emergency support, immunizations, and on-site medical screenings. Assists with occupational health surveys, training, and health promotion, coordinates with local medical facilities, maintains medical logs, and delivers daily reports to the SOH Manager.
