Working in the regulated life sciences industry with GAMP5/21 CFR Part 11 and other global equivalent regulatory requirements, the Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for supporting IT projects, service teams, and management in the quality aspects of implementation and maintenance of qualified/validated computer systems. The IT QA Analyst will be responsible for participating in IT quality control activities such as, Testing plan development, risk assessments, evaluation testing, periodic reviews and execution for IT-related initiatives and activities Development and completion of IQ/OQ documentation for IT-related initiative activities, Development of Policies and ProceduresInterfacing with QA departments to clearly define the IT quality-related role and requirements in Projects, initiatives, and operational activitiesFacilitating periodic controls assurance activities, including but not limited to, periodic access reviews and system configuration and change management evidence collection
As a member of the IT Security, Governance and Service Delivery team you will actively work with the Global IT team and other business partners. The position is responsible for participating in or leading the investigations, mitigation and resolution of information security events, alerts and incidents, performing security vulnerability and risk assessments, monitoring and measuring information security compliance, defining security requirements for various IT projects and testing and validation of security controls.
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician performs routine daily maintenance activities for the facility and scheduled preventative maintenance on the processing equipment. Troubleshoots mechanical failures, recommends corrective action, and carries out the necessary repairs in a timely manner to restore equipment and operational status. Adheres to all facility safety programs.ResponsibilitiesPerforms routine daily maintenance activities for the facility and scheduled preventative maintenance on the processing equipment as directed by the Supervisor.Identifies problems, collects data, draws valid conclusions, recommends corrective action and carries out necessary repairs in a timely manner to restore equipment to operational status.Identifies the materials needed, obtains pricing information, completes purchase orders and with the Supervisor’s approval, orders materials needed.Interfaces with operations personnel regarding work orders and outside contractors, as necessaryAdheres to all facility safety programs.Assists with other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDLanguage, mathematical and reasoning skills necessary to compute complex measurements and read and comprehend detailed instructions and electrical/mechanical drawings.Five (5) years of maintenance experience in a processing/manufacturing environment preferred.Specific areas of knowledge include:PurchasingKnowledge of 480-volt 3 Phase powerAbility to read and interpret ladder logic and electrical diagrams.Electric motor control troubleshootingRepair and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.Ability to operate welding equipment and a cutting torch.Knowledge of hand and power tools and their safe useMust be able to read, write and speak fluent English.Must be able to lift 50 pounds.Training RequiredMust complete all required training for a “Maintenance Technician” outlined in the training manual.
