Building Condition Assessors
The Facility Assessor Training Program is an exciting opportunity to work with our clients from across the United States and will provide candidates with training to be able to independently conduct on-site assessments of building systems, including roof, envelope, structural, architectural, mechanical, and/or electrical systems, and site infrastructure. As part of your hands on training, you'll learn how to:collect data and reporting through your on site assessment, review drawings, and prepare detailed reports, including findings, recommendations, and budgets. The training program will provide one on one and team training so that you will be able to effectively write high-quality reports, manage project timelines and costs, and provide responsive client support.
