Building Condition Assessors

The Facility Assessor Training Program will provide candidates with training to be able to independently conducts on-site assessments of building systems, including roof, envelope, structural, architectural, mechanical, and/or electrical systems, and site infrastructure. As part of your training, you'll learn to use proprietary software for data collection and reporting, review drawings, and prepare detailed reports, including findings, recommendations, and budgets. The training program will provide hands on training so that you will be able to effectively write high-quality reports, manage project timelines and costs, and provide responsive client support.
