Novo Nordisk serves as the host employer, providing hands-on training within its pharmaceutical manufacturing operations in Clayton or Durham, North Carolina.Participants will gain practical experience in pharmaceutical automation systems, process control, PLCs, HMIs, process control systems (PCS/DCS), preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment reliability, technical documentation, and cGMP compliance. The program is designed to translate military technical experience into the skills required for careers in pharmaceutical automation and advanced manufacturing.
