Monterey Consultants is seeking a motivated Capture Associate to participate in a 12-week hands-on training program focused on business development and pre-award capture strategy in the government contracting space. This entry- to mid-level opportunity is ideal for transitioning service members with a strong interest in federal, state, or local procurement and a passion for research, writing, and competitive strategy.Participants will gain direct experience supporting capture managers, proposal teams, and subject matter experts while learning how to position organizations for upcoming contract opportunities. The program culminates in a final capture presentation reviewed by industry professionals.
