Charon CTL | SystemWare is currently hiring for an Instructor. The instructor is responsible for the planning, creation, and execution of classroom curriculum provided to Charon CTL | SystemWare clients at all levels of competence. This includes supporting basic, intermediate, and advanced application of all products in the Charon CTL | SystemWare portfolio. The instructor is responsible for the effective utilization of training systems, content, and support materials as part of the training department. They are responsible for developing and maintaining professional relationships with Charon CTL | SystemWare clients, partners, and employees to facilitate recurring training. Individuals best suited for the instructor role are highly energetic and passionate about designing, developing, and delivering new training programs and initiatives for the business. The incumbent conducts new requirement analysis through engagement with clients, client account managers and business leadership to identify gaps and provide effective solutions for curriculum-based classes and inform product solutions. U.S. Citizenship required. Successful candidates must be willing and able to obtain a security clearance and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
