JPAR Real Estate is proud to offer the only SkillBridge-approved real estate internship in the region—developed and led by retired SEL, Chief Master Sergeant (USAF). Interns will train alongside licensed brokers and in-house industry partners, gaining hands-on experience in real estate operations, marketing, client engagement, and transaction management. This structured, 12-week program is tailored for transitioning service members seeking to launch meaningful real estate careers while remaining local to the El Paso area. Built by veterans, for veterans, the internship provides mission-focused mentorship and a clear path into the real estate profession.
This position is offered by JPAR Real Estate. Interns selected for the Senior Leader Track will work directly with top-performing agents, including retired Chief Master Sergeant SEL with 30 years of active duty service.This is the first and only SkillBridge-approved program in the nation specifically designed to license, train, and launch senior military leaders as real estate entrepreneurs who can immediately build and lead teams upon separation/retirement. Participants will be trained on the proprietary systems that made Cielo Vista Realty Group a statewide powerhouse, with an opportunity to be considered for direct hire upon successful completion.
