The Dispatch & Operations SkillBridge Program at M Coach USA, Inc. offers transitioning service members hands-on training in commercial transportation logistics with a special focus on Department of Defense (DoD) charter operations. Participants will gain real-world experience in route planning, driver coordination, FMCSA compliance, customer communication, and emergency response protocols.This program is ideal for service members interested in pursuing careers in transportation operations, military logistics, or fleet dispatch. Under the supervision of experienced transportation professionals, trainees will shadow live trips, manage dispatch systems, and interact with both civilian and military clients in a high-paced operations environment.
