We are offering an immersive, on-the-job training experience for military veterans and active-duty service members interested in launching a career in specialty insurance. This 3-month program trains participants as Associate Underwriters, providing hands-on experience reviewing submissions, evaluating risk, pricing policies, and supporting broker relationships while learning from experienced mentors. Participants will receive structured training, ongoing support and real-world exposure to the business. Upon successful completion of the program, candidates will be eligible for full-time Associate Underwriter opportunities and a clear path for career growth at Burns & Wilcox.
