This role is designed for transitioning service members who want to apply their leadership, operational, and team-building experience to helping CEOs and leadership teams build clarity, trust, and alignment. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting executive off sites, coaching leaders, and applying proven organizational health frameworks that reduce chaos and create momentum.
