This is a training-focused internship intended to build foundational HR and recruiting skills ahead of a possible transition into civilian HR work. The Electronics Technician SkillBridge role will perform precision assembly, rework, and test support for advanced defense electronics in an ESD-controlled laboratory environment. The role primarily supports the Electrical Engineering team - prototype builds, first articles, board bring-up, rework, and lab operations - and secondarily supports Production Operations during build campaigns. The Electronics technician works from engineering drawings and controlled work instructions, documents workmanship and changes with full traceability, and helps maintain the laboratory as a calibrated, safe, audit-ready workspace..
