Under the supervision of experienced Foremen and Working Superintendents, the SkillBridge participant will learn and apply core carpentry and general construction skills while supporting active commercial and renovation projects.This position emphasizes skill development, safety, craftsmanship, and productivity through real-world jobsite experience. Participants will gain exposure to a wide range of construction activities while translating military discipline, teamwork, and operational skills into a civilian construction environment.
