The SkillBridge Participant will demonstrate the ability to perform structured troubleshooting of hardware and software issues, execute workstation configuration procedures, manage user account administration tasks, and apply systematic problem-solving methodologies consistent with established technical support standards. Additionally, the SkillBridge Participant will demonstrate supervised proficiency in monitoring system performance, supporting automation workflows, maintaining documentation accuracy, participating in inspection readiness preparation, and validating compliance-related records. The SkillBridge Participant will show measurable progression from direct supervision to supervised independent task execution with reduced prompting while maintaining accuracy, regulatory compliance, system integrity, and professional communication standards. Successful completion of this training program validates readiness to function in a structured technical support environment under supervisory oversight and demonstrates transferable competencies in troubleshooting, compliance enforcement, documentation control, system support, and operational accountability.
