Primary Duties and Key Responsibilities• Plan and Execute Project Plans: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans for multiple restoration projects by defining scopes, establishing schedules, coordinating labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors, proactively addressing project challenges, and ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with customer expectations and company standards.• Develop and Manage Customer & Stakeholder Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, insurance carriers, adjusters, TPAs, and other key stakeholders by establishing clear expectations, providing proactive communication and project updates, and resolving concerns in a timely manner. Build trust through professionalism, responsiveness, and accountability while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and serving as an ambassador of the company's commitment to exceptional service.• Drive Financial Performance & Project Profitability: Assume full ownership of the financial success of assigned projects by developing and managing budgets, monitoring job costs, labor utilization, and material expenses, reviewing estimates, supplements, change orders, and invoicing for accuracy, and making proactive decisions that improve efficiency, control costs, protect margins, and ensure profitable project outcomes without compromising quality or customer satisfaction.• Lead Teams & Drive Accountability: Lead and motivate field personnel, subcontractors, and trade partners to deliver high-quality restoration projects on time and within budget. Create alignment through effective communication, establish clear expectations, hold teams accountable for results, and foster a culture of professionalism, safety, responsiveness, and operational excellence.• Manage Project Documentation & Reporting: Ensure the accuracy, organization, and timely completion of all project documentation, including contracts, estimates, invoices, change orders, schedules, and project records. Provide clear and timely reporting on project status, facilitate communication among key stakeholders, and maintain the documentation and controls necessary to support efficient, compliant, and profitable project execution.• Plan, Procure & Manage Project Resources: Oversee the procurement and coordination of materials, equipment, subcontractors, and other project resources to support successful project execution. Build and maintain vendor relationships, ensure timely delivery of resources, manage procurement costs, and proactively address shortages or delays to keep projects on schedule and within budget.• Communicate Project Status & Performance: Provide project updates and performance reporting by maintaining proactive communication with customers, insurance carriers, adjusters, company leadership, and project stakeholders by providing timely project updates, tracking production progress, and reporting on schedule, financial, and operational performance. Ensure accurate project records are maintained and key stakeholders remain informed throughout the project lifecycle.• Secure Client Payments: Follow up with clients to ensure prompt payment for services rendered.• Attend Company Meetings: Participate in meetings to align project progress with company goals.• Perform additional duties as required. Desired Skills & Qualifications• Strong skills in planning, organizational, communication, time-management, and problem-solving.• Ability to collaborate effectively with customers, vendors, subcontractors, insurance partners, and internal team members while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accountability.• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, and the ability to quickly learn project management and restoration software platforms; experience with Xactimate and XactAnalysis is a plus.• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, budgets, and reports.• Demonstrated financial aptitude with the ability to manage job costs, evaluate project performance, calculate scope changes, and make informed decisions that support project profitability.• Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to build trust, gather information, identify concerns, ask probing questions, and respond effectively to customers and stakeholders.• Basic negotiation skills with the ability to manage vendor relationships, subcontractor agreements, material procurement, pricing discussions, and project-related issues while balancing quality, cost, and schedule objectives.• Ability to lead and coordinate people and resources to accomplish project goals, maintain accountability, and drive successful outcomes.• Experience in construction, restoration, project coordination, logistics, operations, facilities management, military leadership, or a related field is preferred but not required.• Proven ability to adapt to changing circumstances, solve problems under pressure, and maintain focus on customer satisfaction, project quality, and business results.• Military veterans are strongly encouraged to apply, as leadership, planning, logistics, operations, and mission-focused experience are highly transferable to success in this role.• Have a growth mindset.
