DoD SkillBridge – NETA Field Service Technician TraineeTransition your military electrical experience into a high-demand career in electrical testing and power systems.Shermco Industries is seeking Active Duty service members with experience in electrical systems, power generation and distribution, electronics, controls, instrumentation, or related technical fields for our DoD SkillBridge NETA Field Service Technician Training Program.Participants will train alongside experienced Shermco technicians and gain hands-on experience testing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and commissioning low-, medium-, and high-voltage electrical systems at industrial and commercial customer locations.Prior NETA certification is not required. We are looking for service members with a strong electrical or technical foundation who are ready to translate their military experience into the civilian electrical testing industry.
The Protection & Control (P&C) Technician SkillBridge program is designed to train transitioning service members in the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical protection systems used in power generation, transmission, and distribution environments.Participants will gain hands-on experience working with high-voltage equipment, protective relays, and control systems that ensure the safe and reliable operation of electrical infrastructure.
