Participants will gain exposure in up to 5 nursing units through structured orientation, job shadowing, and supervised on-the-job training alongside our experienced healthcare professionals.Throughout the program, participants will develop knowledge in patient care workflows, interdisciplinary collaboration, clinical documentation, communication, and unit operations across a variety of care settings. The program is intentionally structured to allow participants to explore different nursing specialties while building professional relationships and gaining hands-on experience in a supportive learning environment.Participants will complete rotations in multiple units of interest, receive mentorship from nurse leaders/preceptors, and participate in regular performance feedback and professional development sessions. The final phase of the program focuses on advanced exposure, networking, career preparation, and transition support to assist participants in successfully moving from military service into a civilian healthcare career.This program is intended to enhance clinical readiness, strengthen professional skills, and provide valuable insight into nursing opportunities within Trinity Health while participants function in a supernumerary training capacity and do not replace scheduled staff.**Participants will function in a supernumerary (non-staffing) capacity, ensuring training does not replace scheduled personnel.
