Job description:
This management training position involves on the job training in multiple functions in the HighCom Armor business including, but not limited to: production management, business operations, financial management, sales & pipeline management, export compliance, site security & FSO duties, and new product project management. The Skillbridge candidate will gain exposure to each of these functions during the course of the Skillbridge program, and will work with HighCom Armor leadership & HR to define their long term role with the company during the program.
Position is intended to be hybrid work with 3-5 days per week in the factory in Columbus, Ohio. Candidate can live anywhere in the central Ohio area near Columbus.
