This internship is designed to bridge military aviation experience into civilian aerospace careers while participants continue receiving military pay and benefits.Successful participants may be considered for full-time employment upon completion of the SkillBridge Program.

ATS Workforce Development & Technical Training

Aviation Technical Services provides transitioning Active Duty Service Members with a structured SkillBridge training experience in commercial aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul at our Everett, Washington facility.Participants complete a combination of ATS orientation, classroom instruction, hands-on demonstrations, supervised on-the-job training, technical reading, weekly coaching, and practical exposure to commercial aircraft maintenance operations.Key training components include workplace and aviation safety, FAA repair-station requirements, human factors, tool control, FOD prevention, maintenance documentation, task cards, technical manual navigation, aircraft structures, mechanical systems, electrical and fuel systems, avionics, inspection procedures, quality standards, and maintenance workflow coordination.The program is designed to help participants translate military aviation, mechanical, electrical, avionics, inspection, and technical experience into civilian aircraft maintenance careers.
