Winergy Field Technician SkillBridge Program
Winergy LLC is a growing service company specializing in the testing and certification of critical safety equipment in hospitals, pharmacies, and medical research facilities nationwide. Through this SkillBridge program, trainees will develop hands-on technical skills in inspecting and certifying biological safety cabinets (BSCs), chemical fume hoods, HEPA filters, and airflow and pressure-controlled environments. Successful completers will be considered for full-time employment with a starting salary of $60,000–$70,000, with advancement opportunities and certification bonuses that typically bring second-year compensation to $100,000–$125,000.
