Next Move NY-Thousand Islands Winery 6-Week Career Pipeline into Northern New York's Wine & Viticulture Industry

This SkillBridge allows a Soldier to become a Viticulture & Winery Operations Trainee for 6 weeks, a total of 30 days to experience a cross-functional internship that gives a hands-on experience to all aspects of winery operations. Trainees have the opportunity to experience each department and work alongside the experienced individuals to understand how commercial wineries operation ranging all the ways from the vineyard to the consumer. This will allow them to understand it from a employee perspective and learn it from an entrepreneurial perspective.
