Army JROTC Instructor- Internship Program

The Army JROTC SkillBridge program provides transitioning Service Members with hands‑on experience supporting a high‑school Junior ROTC unit under the supervision of certified Army instructors. Participants assist with classroom activities, leadership labs, training events, equipment management, and administrative support while learning how JROTC programs operate within a school environment. This opportunity offers practical exposure to youth leadership development, instructional support, event coordination, and program operations across a nationwide network of JROTC units. The experience prepares participants for potential employment as Army JROTC instructors.
