The participant will rotate through field operations, safety, finance, pricing, and medical operations before transitioning to corporate operations under the Chief Operating Officer. The first six weeks build cross-functional awareness through guided departmental rotations. Beginning in Week 7, the participant will report to Matt Carter, COO, and apply those lessons to the company's broader business operations. The remainder of the program combines mentorship, recurring operational support, and project-based assignments that develop planning, coordination, reporting, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.By the end of the program, the participant will understand how operational decisions affect safety, financial performance, pricing, contract compliance, service delivery, and customer relationships. The capstone requires completion and presentation of a practical operations project with usable deliverables and recommended next steps.
