You will provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and drive continuous improvement in our repair processes. This role involves hands-on work on prototype electrical system designs, dense electromechanical integrations, and lab building and debugging, ranging from small test systems to fully integrated prototype robots. You must be able to work quickly, adapt to evolving technical challenges, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
