The ClearPath Utility Solutions HDD Operator Development Program provides transitioning service members with an opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the rapidly growing underground utility construction industry. Participants will work alongside experienced industry professionals and receive structured training in HDD operations, utility locating and damage prevention, equipment maintenance, drilling fluid systems, bore planning, vacuum excavation, work zone safety, project coordination, and underground utility installation practices. Through a competency-based training approach, participants will develop the technical skills, safety awareness, leadership abilities, and operational knowledge necessary to pursue a career as an HDD Operator or other positions within the underground utility construction field. Training is conducted in real-world jobsite environments, allowing participants to gain practical experience while learning industry standards and best practices. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive a Certificate of Program Completion and Internal Operator Qualification Verification documenting their successful participation in the ClearPath Utility Solutions HDD Operator Development Program. Graduates may be considered for employment opportunities with ClearPath Utility Solutions based on business needs, performance, and available positions.
