The Construction & Manufacturing Team supports all of Haskell’s delivery groups across the company and the projects throughout the United States. The Construction & Manufacturing Team is responsible for providing the field management personnel, from the craft worker to the Project Superintendent. The Construction & Manufacturing Team also provides the team member with logistical support; including but not limited to establishing per diem rates, company trucks for superintendents, and the coordination of arrival for team members as needed on the project. You will participate in design phase activities and document reviews. You should understand design documents and performs precons, first work in place, and periodic inspections to ensure compliance with the design documents. Understanding a Commissioning LeadA Commissioning Lead is a senior technical role within a project’s commissioning team, responsible for overseeing and coordinating the final stages of bringing a facility, plant, or system into operational use. Construction Assistant Project Managers support senior PMs and superintendents in delivering commercial, industrial, or residential projects on schedule and within budget. They handle the administrative and coordination backbone of a project — subcontractor communications, RFI logs, submittal tracking, meeting minutes, and cost control documentation — while building the field knowledge needed to step into full PM responsibility.

A Commissioning Technician is responsible for supervising the final stages of engineering projects, particularly when systems are being installed and tested.
