Lead Technician, Research & Development-Consumer Foods:In this role you will leverage and enhance your understanding of food science to support the experimental work of day-to-day applied research, including sanitation, maintenance, operation of equipment, food and personnel safety, and quality. Your work is hands-on in a Process Research Lab (PRL), on a computer, or with vendors/ contractors. These tasks are a vital part of the process of evaluating new hypotheses and formula, product, process, and packaging designs. You will work within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision and have no supervisory responsibilities but manage your own workload and support other team members.
