Quality Control Representative
Implement, and enforce QC procedures and inspection protocols across all projects; Review drawings, site conditions, and specifications to verify technical accuracy prior to installation; Conduct site inspections to assess workmanship, safety compliance, and adherence to scope; Identify deficiencies, document findings, and direct corrective measures until resolved; Coordinate with sales, logistics, and installation teams to ensure quality alignment throughout execution; Maintain QC reports, inspection logs and photographs, compliance documentation, and closeout records; Serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters with internal leadership; Support installation teams as needed to ensure standards, timelines, and performance requirements are achieved.Installation and Repair Technician
Install internal and external trash chute systems in new and existing structures; Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on trash compactors and balers; Interpret drawings, measurements, and site conditions to ensure accurate installation; Conduct inspections to verify system performance, structural integrity, and safety compliance; Diagnose mechanical or installation deficiencies and execute corrective actions; Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe, serviceable condition; Document work performed, parts used, and service outcomes accurately; Coordinate with project leads and team members to meet schedules and quality standards; Communicate professionally with clients and site personnel when required.Sales Represtative

The TKO SkillBridge Program provides transitioning service members with structured training, mentorship, and industry exposure designed to support successful entry into the civilian workforce.
