OWT Global is seeking SkillBridge candidates that have an interest or desire to work within the Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems Operations (C-UAS), Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UxS), Air Domain Awareness & Defense (ADAD), or Team Awareness Kit (TAK) fields as an Operations Specialist.

The WARCOM N887-PA SkillBridge Intern will leverage their Technical Surveillance Operator (TSO) experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assist in the acquisition of innovative next generation technologies for SOF while in direct support to the Naval Special Warfare Command N8, N88, N887, and the C5ISRT RO staff. During the Skillbridge training period, the TSO experienced SkillBridge Intern will be mentored onsite and in parallel complete online coursework to gain knowledge to assist the Requirements Officer (RO) staff in the planning, programming, and execution of resources to fulfill WARCOM’s acquisition and requirements strategy. This SkillBridge plan will accelerate the SkillBridge Intern’s ability to seamlessly transition into the OWT Global C5ISRT Program Analyst position at NSWC and provide foundational knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform as a technical advisor in the evaluation of requirements, related documentation, and the analysis and advisement on current CONOPS, tactics, techniques, and procedures relevant to WARCOM’s acquisition strategy of C5ISRT capabilities.
