The Regional Operations Manager (ROM) is a key advisor regarding administration and coordination of CISA operations activities. Lead, manage and contribute to the CISA Regional Operations (OPS) core functions. Core OPS functions include analysis, tracking, reporting, serving as an information hub and clearing house, maintaining critical data and information for regional and HQ personnel during steady-state and incident response, and project-based analytical support activities. Serve as the Regional Operations Manager (ROM) and key advisor regarding administration and coordination of CISA operations activities. As a member of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s (CISA) Regional team, you will gain hands on experience as part of a diverse, talented, and highly motivated group of professionals continuing the CISA mission of securing the nation's critical infrastructure. Students will participate in a 151–180-day program where they will learn and leverage the tools, tactics, and procedures employed by CISA’s Regional Service Delivery Model program.
