What The Role InvolvesThis 26-week fellowship immerses you in the full lifecycle of parts operations at Hillphoenix, a leader in commercial refrigeration. As a Parts Fellow, you will learn how customer inquiries move through quote generation, order processing, intercompany coordination, and invoice close-out—all within our core business systems, Zendesk and Vista ERP.The program is built around four progressive phases, moving from systems orientation hrough supervised practice to independent performance. A dedicated mentor will guide you throughout, with weekly check-ins and a formal readiness assessment in Weeks 25-26. Upon successful completion of the fellowship and military separation, high-performing fellows may be considered for full-time employment.
